Screening call
A relaxed conversation with our Talent team. You find out more about us and the role. We get to know you and what you want from your next move.

First interview
Remote, with two of the team. Some technical discussion, but mostly your experience, your values and what motivates you.

Second interview
In person at our Leeds office. A deeper technical conversation, and the chance to meet the team and judge the culture for yourself.

Offer and onboarding
We make the offer and our Talent team takes you through onboarding. You will meet your line manager, and join our socials, before day one.
